By day, he drives fire trucks for a living, working in one of the few careers where pressure, trust, and leadership are not optional. Ashton is also the founder of Monsieur (@themonsieurstore), a premium men’s grooming brand created to elevate the presence of modern men. Not just how a man looks, but how he shows up. Confidence. Energy. Standard. Monsieur is more than a product line, it is a statement and a community.
At his core, Ashton believes success is built through relationships. He values human connection as one of life’s highest currencies and he is known for curating the right energy and creating spaces where real connection happens naturally.
As our Director of Member Experiences, Ashton will focus on the culture and the moments that make BHCN feel like home. He will help design experiences that strengthen community, raise the standard, and leave our members feeling more connected, inspired, and seen.
