Tomii Culmer

Tomii is a creative strategist with over a decade of experience in photography, brand development, marketing, and community-based work. She started her career in modeling, which sharpened her eye for visual storytelling, production, and branding, and that perspective continues to shape the way she communicates culture today.

Tomii is passionate about helping creatives and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life from concept to execution with clear direction, strong storytelling, and a collaborative spirit. As our Director of Communications, she will bring BHCN’s voice to life across platforms and translate our mission into messaging that feels polished, welcoming, and deeply connected to the community. Additionally, she will support with curating learning and development opportunities for our members.
